InterNACHI Certified

Everett has met the requirements and pursues continuing education to maintain his designation of Certified Professional Inspector (C.P.I.) under the authority of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). 

Radon & Mold Certified


  Certification # IAC2-04-3398


Everett has completed the training specified by The International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants to be a Certified Radon and Mold Consultant. He has also passed the National Residential Radon Measurement Provider Examination administered by the American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists. 

Infrared Certified


To complete receive the Thermal Certification, Everett had to complete courses in building science and infrared thermography. 

FEMA Certified Disaster Inspector


Everett underwent a rigorous background check conducted by the Department Of Homeland Security and additional inspector training to subcontract as a Federal Emergency Response Offical. 

FAA Remote Pilot


FAA Certification # 3999860

Everett is an FAA Certified Unmanned Aerial System Pilot. This certification allows for the use of drones for business purposes.  

Kentucky Licensed Home Inspector


Everett is a Kentucky licensed home inspector, license #164090. 




Everett graduated with a Bachelors from Shawnee State University then attended the University of Dayton's Graduate School for International Affairs.  


Everett spent 17 years in the Army Reserve's Ordnance Corps . In 2005 he was deployed to the Iraq/Kuwaiti border.

Laboratory Manager

Everett worked at Clay Laboratories at the manager of the Ashland Branch where he conducted laboratory analysis of the coal samples.

Library Manager

Everett's love of books inspired him to spend a few years managing the W. Gordon Ryan Branch Library in Lucasville, OH. 

Construction and Real Estate

Everett worked as a liaison between a general contractor and subcontractors in the construction of 28 homes for the Portsmouth Metropolitan Housing Authority. From site layout, footings, foundations, framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC to the final shingle on the roof, Everett was involved in each phase of construction. Everett has also been an active real estate investor who has purchased homes and multi-unit apartment buildings for investments.

Home Inspector

Everett's inquiring mind and his lifelong involvement in construction and real estate has culminated in his current passion - inspecting homes. Everett regularly attends home inspection seminars and conferences around the country to expand his knowledge of building science. Most home inspectors are from the construction trades and few can match Everett's academic credentials or his analytical abilities to identify, analyze and clearly report the implications of various defects.
